Laboratory Gas Infrastructure

A Lab Gas Supply System Designed Around Research Workflows

A laboratory gas distribution system operates differently from a high-volume production line. Research facilities typically manage smaller and variable flow rates, several gas grades, frequent cylinder replacement and instruments that depend on stable pressure and clean delivery paths.

LGF brings gas cabinets, changeover manifolds, UHP regulators, diaphragm valves, fittings, monitoring and purge functions into one coordinated laboratory gas pipeline system. The final configuration is selected against the gas properties, purity target, source pressure, point-of-use demand and site safety requirements.

About LGF

High-Purity Components and Integrated Laboratory Gas Delivery Systems

LGF Lab Gas Flow supplies ultra-high-purity valves and engineered components for laboratory gas delivery systems used in research, analytical testing, biopharma and advanced materials facilities.

Our UHP product range includes manual, pneumatic and air-actuated diaphragm valves designed for high leak integrity, long cycle life and low particle generation. Available configurations support a wide range of media, temperatures and pressures, helping engineers build clean, stable high-purity laboratory gas systems and point-of-use assemblies.

LGF also provides fully automatic and semi-automatic GC gas cabinets, BSGS gas cabinets, VMB and TMA cabinets, scrubber tail-gas treatment cabinets, gas distribution cabinets, VDB and VDP systems. These assemblies can be configured for specialty gases such as SiH4, NF3, NH3, N2O and HCl, subject to gas compatibility, site conditions and project-specific safety review.

By coordinating gas cabinets, UHP regulators, diaphragm valves, gas changeover manifolds, tubing and monitoring interfaces, LGF supports central laboratory gas supply systems and laboratory gas pipeline projects from source control to the point of use.
